Mixed Use Commercial Inspections


Many commercial buildings are what the industry describes as 'mixed-use' where there may be more than one type of commercial activity happening in a building. the Canadian Home Inspection Corporation looks at each area of the building for relevant risk areas and products a report on all areas of the building.



Some Common Mixed-Use Building Types:

  • Street Front Retail with residential units or offices above
